The transaction, which closed today, is a natural extension of PowerSecure's best-in-class suite of distributed infrastructure offerings and creates a robust in-house service arm led by an outstanding management team that is recognized for servicing infrastructure assets across multiple technologies.

With the addition of PPT, PowerSecure adds the industry's largest independent service provider with an in-house technician force with expertise in the service of distributed power systems including generators, switchgear, solar inverters and fuel cells.
