ATLANTA – Southern Company plans to release its second quarter earnings at 7:30 a.m. on EST Monday, July 23.

Allen Franklin, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Gale Klappa, chief financial officer, will conduct a conference call for financial analysts at 1 p.m. EST, Monday, July 23.
