Georgia Power sponsors the Asian American Chamber`s 2004 Gala Dinner, Governor Sonny Perdue keynote speaker

ATLANTA - The Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. will hold its eighth annual gala dinner March 11th at the Omni Hotels. This year’s keynote speaker will be Gov. Sonny Perdue and guest speaker will be Samuel Mok, CFO of the U.S. Department of Labor.

This year’s event sponsors include; Georgia Power, Turner Broadcasting System, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, Inc., AirTran Airways, BellSouth Corporation, Cingular Wireless, Home Depot, Lockheed Martin, Panasonic, Retriever Payment Systems, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Atlanta, United Parcel Service and Wachovia Bank.

The Asian American Chamber was formed by 17 charter member groups in 1995 to serve as an umbrella advocacy organization for Asian-American businesses in Georgia, as well as a business information access center.
