Alabama Power has redesigned its website to meet customers’ evolving needs.

"More of our customers are managing their accounts through than ever before," said Greg Barker, executive vice president of Customer Services. "From tracking energy usage to money saving tips and program offers, the new site gives customers more control over their accounts whenever they need it."

The updated features a bolder and more innovative design that:

  •  Allows the site to be responsive on all platforms including mobile devices, desktops and tablets
  •  Streamlines navigation to help customers find what they need easily
  •  Offers "Quick Links" that go directly to the most popular account actions
  •  Provides energy and money-saving tips, along with new programs

The redesigned site has a new look and feel that is simple and intuitive to create a unique experience for each customer.

Major enhancements have been made to the "My Account" section, making it easier than ever for customers to manage payment, bill and usage information.
