The purpose of the call will be to discuss details of the settlement agreement that was announced earlier today between Mississippi Power and the Mississippi Public Service Commission. In that agreement, a process was defined for resolving rate recovery issues related to the Plant Ratcliffe project in Kemper County, Mississippi.
