Because of the challenges of switching to the new computer system. you may experience a longer wait than normal if you call us.

Mondays and the first of each month are our busiest days, for faster service, stop by or call other times.

Mid-morning and mid-afternoons are the best times to call.

For faster service, always have your Savannah electric account number ready.

When complete, our new customer service computer system will be the largest of its kind in the world.

The system will link us with our parent, Southern Company, and our sister utilities. This will enable us to provide you with overall faster and more responsive service.
