Beginning Monday, September 26, Mississippi Power will open two customer service offices in Gulfport—the normal downtown location at 2829 13th Street and a temporary location near the entrance of the Gulfport Outlet Mall.

Customers will be able to establish new services, ask questions, and pay bills at both locations. Office hours will be 8 am—5 pm.

All existing customer service offices throughout Mississippi Power’s service area except Moss Point and Pass Christian have been open for at least a week. The existing Gulfport office is located in one of the most heavily damaged areas of town, south of the railroad tracks.
